Poster presentations

The Seminar has a closed programme of oral presentations. Researchers interested in participating via presenting a poster are encouraged to submit an abstract to EFIMED Secretariat (Mercedes.Rois(at)efi.int) by 30 November 2010. Selected authors will be informed by due time.
The language of the abstract and poster may be English or French.
The maximum size of the poster is 150 x 90 cm and should be presented in vertical position.

Instructions for writing abstracts

The length of the abstract should be no more than 500 words.
The margins are as follows:
Top: 2.50 cm
Bottom: 2.50 cm
Left: 3.00 cm
Right: 3.00 cm
Header: 1.25 cm
Footer: 1.25 cm

Use text in Times New Roman, font size 11. Start by giving the title (centre) in bold. Then give the names of authors (last name, initials) in italics: list the presenting author first and then the other authors in alphabetical order. Type affiliation name and country below the author line. Indicate if different affiliations by numbering (superscript).
Type the paragraphs of the body text single spaced without any indents or tabs. Justified paragraphs. Single space between lines. Use one empty line between paragraphs.
