Target audience

The scientific seminar is addressed at researchers, decision-makers, technicians, consultants and practitioners working in the following fields:

• natural resources management and governance,
• rural development, and
• business and innovation related to natural resources.

The seminar will be held in English and simultaneous French translation will be provided.

Registration fees

AGORA Final Conference does not have a specific registration fee; however, sending the registration form is mandatory.
The registration fee covers the admission to the sessions: EFIMED Annual Meeting and the Scientific Seminar, with the corresponding material, including lunches, coffee breaks and conference dinner.

(*) participants coming from the following countries: Albania, Algeria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Egypt, FYROM, Jordan, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, Montenegro, Morocco, Palestinian territories, Serbia, Syria, Tunisia and Turkey.

The registration fee does not cover the participation of accompanying persons. These extra costs should be indicated in advance and paid separately. Please, contact the Secretariat.

Payment of fees

Participants are requested to do a bank transfer to our bank account (see IBAN/SWIFT in the Registration Form). Keep the receipt with you and send it jointly with the registration form. Cash payments will be only accepted in extraordinary cases.

Registration deadline

Due to the limitation of the conference room, we kindly ask you to do your registration as soon as possible. In case of exceeding the room capacity, Organizing Committee will give preference to the earliest registrations.

Accommodation

You should book your own accommodation. The hotel that is the meeting venue offers this special rate for participants:
• Single room including buffet breakfast and internet connection: TND 145/day (aprox. 73 EUR)
• Double room including buffet breakfast and internet connection: TND 155/day (aprox. 78 EUR)

The internet connection in the rooms is by cable (you need to bring your own cable).
