Awarded applicants:
You will be contacted by email. You should sendback the acceptance letter by April 28th and the travel plan form by May 10th.

After the mission, you are expected to send by one month the Scientific Report of the visit (Annex V, see above) and the grant request form jointly with the travel reimbursement form.
